Shipping policy

We do our best to process all orders received before 4pm EST time to be processed the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries world wide , which are calculated during check out 🛒. 

Australia Post calculates shipping rates, based on weight, size, and destination. 
Which can vary significantly from order to order.   

Freeze Dried Candy is very fragile, and does not like being tightly cramped or squashed.  
We take great care to pick a suitable sized box  to house and protect your goodies on its journey to you, so they arrive in tact with limited crumbling.   
Even thou the actual weight of freeze dried candy is low, the actual cubic dimensions of the box forces the rate up.  


The time it takes to get to you is then in the hands of Australia Post, the postal service you selected and where you are located.
Express Post orders get top priority in the Freeze Dried Candy Lab, they are ALWAYS the first fulfilled and dispatched.  

Pick Up

The Freeze Dried Candy Lab does not  have a shop front or offer public access or pick up, we are strictly a online business  offering world wide delivery 


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all destinations that currently supported via Australia Post.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Freeze Dried Candy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@freezedriedcandy.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
